Job summary

Bluebird Wellness and Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking an energetic Activity Assistant to create fun, meaningful experiences for residents and support daily programs.

You will help plan crafts, games, music, outings, and events, encourage participation, maintain activity calendars, document participation, and collaborate with families and volunteers to foster a positive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Activities Certification preferred.
• 1+ year experience in long-term care or related setting preferred.
• Experience running recreational or social programs in last 5 years preferred.
• Energetic, outgoing, and dependable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Shifts Available

• 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, weekdays with rotating weekends
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, weekdays with rotating weekends
