Continuing Healthcare Solutions in Milan Township, OH is seeking an Activity Assistant (Full-Time) to join our ESOP employee-owned team. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs in alignment with each resident's assessment and care plan.

The schedule runs 9am–4:30pm with some evenings and alternating weekends. STNA certification is preferred and the successful candidate will help create a caring, engaging

Experience and Skills

We are seeking a full time Activity Aide working 9am-4:30pm someevening hours, Monday through Friday working every other weekend.Prefer someone with their STNA certification.

The primary purpose of the Activity Aide is to assist in theplanning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social,intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs in accordance with theresident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the supervisor.
