Job summary

Continuing Healthcare Solutions is seeking a full-time Activity Aide at our facility in Mineral Ridge, OH. The role focuses on planning and delivering engaging activities for residents, with emphasis on social, emotional and intellectual wellbeing.

The ideal candidate is entry level, available 9am-4:30pm with some evenings and weekends, and may hold an STNA certification. We offer a supportive team, growth opportunities, and an employee-owned culture that values residents and families.

Qualifications

• STNA certification preferred.
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate recreational and social programs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs based on residents’ care plans.
• Support residents with daily activities and participate in group events.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure high-quality resident engagement.

Experience and Skills

We are seeking a full time Activity Aide working 9am-4:30pm someevening hours, Monday through Friday working every other weekend.Prefer someone with their STNA certification.

The primary purpose of the Activity Aide is to assist in theplanning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social,intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs in accordance with theresident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the supervisor.
