Job summary

CHS is seeking an Entry Level Activity Aide to support planning and execution of engaging programs for residents. The role is full-time with a 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule and some evenings, with every other weekend rotation.

Candidates with STNA certification are preferred. This position emphasizes resident well-being, activity coordination, and collaboration with the care team to meet individual care plans.

Qualifications

• Entry level role with 0–2 years experience
• Certification in STNA is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs in line with resident plans
• Support daily activities and resident engagement as directed by supervisor

Experience and Skills

We are seeking a full time Activity Aide working 9am-4:30pm someevening hours, Monday through Friday working every other weekend.Prefer someone with their STNA certification.

The primary purpose of the Activity Aide is to assist in theplanning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social,intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the supervisor.
