Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living is seeking an energetic Activities Assistant to join our Memory Care team in the greater Albany area. You will collaborate with the Director of Activities to deliver engaging resident programs and help orient residents to activity schedules.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in adult recreation. Per diem hours with flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k) with company match are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience working with adult recreation.

Responsibilities

• Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community.
• Assist with orienting all residents to activity programs.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions. Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty.
• Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas.
• Has the ability to work reception duties as needed.
