Peninsula Post-Acute in Burlingame, CA is seeking an Activity Assistant to plan and lead meaningful daily activities for residents. You will foster social interaction, creativity, and well-being through engaging programs and outings, while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

The role requires positivity, energy, and a genuine interest in seniors, with a focus on reliability, communication, and teamwork. The schedule includes weekends, with full benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in activities, recreation, senior care, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent attendance and strong reliability are required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Positive, creative, and energetic personality with a genuine interest in working with seniors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must maintain natural, short nails; fake, long, or artificial nails are not permitted.
