Job summary

Northcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking a Full-Time Activity Assistant to join our team and support daily activities and programs that promote socialization, creativity, and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Compassion for working with the senior population.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead activities such as crafts, games, and group programs.

• Assist the Activity Director with planning and implementation of programs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized activity area.
