You will help create a positive, engaging environment for residents, lead group and individual activities, and assist with outings while maintaining a safe activity space. This role offers growth opportunities within the organization and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Compassion for working with the senior population.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead activities such as crafts, games, and group programs.
• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings throughout the day.
• Assist the Activity Director with planning and implementation of programs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized activity area.
• Assist with resident outings and shopping trips as needed.
