Villas at Lincoln is seeking an Activity Aide to support planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs aligned with each resident’s care plan. The role focuses on assisting with daily activity programs and maintaining quality assurance across the Activities Department.

Qualifications

• Experience in Long Term Care Activities Department.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting for the daily activity programs & quality assurance for the Activities Department.
• Assist in preparing and cleaning up activity rooms/areas for scheduled activity programs.
• Assist in overseeing residents’ engagement in scheduled and unscheduled activities to promote the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents.

Job Summary:
