Job summary

Countryside Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring an Activity Assistant to provide engaging activities, social outings and promote physical and mental activity for residents in a busy nursing home. You will contribute to a supportive, welcoming environment where residents come first.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and an unencumbered CNA license in the state of operation; LTC/SNF experience is preferred. We offer a competitive package and a friendly team.
