Job summary

Countryside Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Activity Assistant to join our busy team. You will help plan and run activities that engage residents in social outings and physical and mental exercises, under the guidance of activities management.

We seek a caring, team-oriented individual who values residents above all and thrives in a family-friendly workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Unencumbered CNA license in the state of operation preferred.
• LTC/SNF experience required, especially Memory Care residents.

Responsibilities

• Providing activities, social outings, and promoting physical and mental activity for residents, and other duties as described by activities management.
