Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Lifestyle Assistant/Activities Assistant to support residents in a warm, homelike setting. You will assist with organized activities, document programs, and help encourage participation to enrich residents’ lives.

Experience with senior care is helpful; weekend availability is required. The role includes training and benefits per company policy, and must pass health and background checks.

Qualifications

• MUST be available weekend.
• Assisting with activities as directed by Lifestyle Director.
• Encourage resident participation to develop and maintain residents’ fullest potential through planned activities.
• Assist with documenting and developing programs.
• Assist with the Community’s arts and crafts activities.
• Cultivate leisure time activities such as games, puzzles, movies, etc.
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
