Job summary

Complete Care of Plainfield seeks an Activity Aide to enrich residents' lives through planned recreational programs, teamwork, and compassionate engagement. You will lead activities, encourage participation, and communicate concerns to nursing staff to maintain safety and well-being.

Responsibilities include attendance tracking, holiday decorations, and supporting the director of activities or administrator with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Outgoing, creative, empathetic and a strong team player.
• Basic computer skills.
