Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a compassionate Activity Aide to join our team and enrich residents' lives. The role focuses on leading recreational programs, ensuring safety, and fostering a warm, family-like atmosphere.

Schedule includes Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-8pm and weekends 9-5. We offer a supportive environment, daily pay option, PTO, and benefits for full-time staff; prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Complete Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Must be outgoing, creative, empathetic, and a strong team player.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in planned recreational programs for residents.
• Encourage participation and ensure resident safety during activities.
• Communicate any concerns to nursing staff.
• Maintain attendance records for events.
• Help decorate the facility for holidays and seasonal events.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Activities or Administrator.
