Job summary

CareCore at Heritage is seeking an energetic Activity Aide to plan and lead engaging activities for residents. You will assist with group and individual activities, encourage participation, and help run events to promote quality of life.

The role supports a caring team and requires dependable, outgoing individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, outgoing, and comfortable working with seniors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in activities, long-term care, senior living, or healthcare is preferred.
• Must be available to provide PRN coverage, including some weekends and holidays.
