Job summary

CareCore at Gaymont is seeking a compassionate PRN Activity Aide to join our Activities team. This as-needed role covers staff callouts, vacations, holidays, weekends, and other scheduling needs. If you enjoy bringing fun and creativity to seniors and helping residents stay active, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading recreational and social activities.
• Encourage resident participation and engagement.
• Help with games, crafts, group activities, special events, and celebrations.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up activity areas.
• Provide friendly one-on-one interaction with residents.
• Help create a positive, welcoming environment throughout the facility.

Schedule

• PRN / As Needed
• Typical hours are 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Must be flexible and available to help cover callouts and vacations
• Weekend and holiday availability is required
• Hours will vary based on facility needs
