Job summary

CareCore at Heritage is seeking an energetic Activity Aide to join our team and help create a fun, engaging environment for our residents. The role focuses on planning and leading activities that promote socialization and quality of life.

You will assist with group and individual activities, encourage participation, and collaborate with the Activities Director to maintain a welcoming atmosphere within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, outgoing, and comfortable working with seniors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in activities, long-term care, senior living, or healthcare is preferred.
• Must be available to provide PRN coverage, including some weekends and holidays.
