Job summary

CareCore at Gaymont is seeking an energetic PRN Activity Aide to join our Activities team. This as-needed role supports staff callouts, vacations, weekends, and holidays.

If you enjoy working with seniors and bringing fun and creativity into their day, you'll help plan and lead activities, encourage participation, and create a welcoming, engaging environment throughout the facility. Daily Pay available.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and comfortable working with seniors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in long-term care, senior living, activities, recreation, or similar settings is preferred.
• Must be flexible for PRN/as-needed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading recreational and social activities within the facility.
• Encourage resident participation and engagement in programs.
• Help with games, crafts, group activities, special events, and celebrations.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up activity areas.
• Provide friendly one-on-one interaction with residents.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment throughout the facility.

Schedule

• PRN / As Needed

• Typical hours are 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

• Must be flexible and available to help cover callouts and vacations

• Weekend and holiday availability is required

• Hours will vary based on facility needs
