Complete Care - New Jersey & PA is seeking a friendly and energetic Activity Aide to enhance the quality of life for seniors at their facility in Matawan, NJ. This part-time role involves leading recreation programs, motivating residents, and ensuring their safety during activities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and assist with group and individual recreation programs
• Motivate residents to participate and ensure safety during events
• Report resident concerns to the nursing team
• Keep activity attendance records
• Decorate the community for holidays and seasonal celebrations
• Support the Director of Activities and Administrator with additional tasks
• Serve as an Activity Aide dedicated to enhancing resident quality of life through meaningful engagement and activities

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in long‑term care is a plus but not required
• Outgoing, creative, compassionate, and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
• A successful Activity Aide will demonstrate enthusiasm, patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with seniors

Schedule

• Part‑time position 3:30 p–7 p and every other weekend
• Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday
