Job summary

Complete Care at West Caldwell is seeking a friendly, energetic Activity Aide for part-time shifts Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 10am to 5pm. You’ll lead recreation programs, engage residents, and support the Activities Director to create meaningful daily experiences.

Qualifications include a high school diploma; long-term care experience is a plus, but not required. Must be outgoing, creative, compassionate, and able to work as part of a team with basic computer skills.

• Lead and assist with group and individual recreation programs.

• Decorate the community for holidays and seasonal celebrations.
• Support the Director of Activities and Administrator with additional tasks.
