Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Activity Aide to join our Cincinnati, OH team. You will help plan and lead resident-centered activities to promote engagement, memory care support, and social interaction.

The role works closely with residents and a multidisciplinary care team to create meaningful experiences, maintain calendars, and support families through events and daily programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as Activity Aide or similar preferred.
• Experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Memory Care preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with seniors.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily recreational and social activities for residents.

Job Summary

The Activity Aide is responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and implementation of resident‑centered activities designed to promote physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive well‑being. This position works closely with residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community to create meaningful experiences that encourage participation, independence, and engagement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with seniors
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
