Job summary

Complete Care seeks an energetic Activity Aide to create meaningful experiences for residents in a supportive, family‑like environment. You will lead group and individual recreation programs, motivate participation, and report concerns to the nursing team.

You’ll maintain attendance records, decorate the community for holidays, and support the Director of Activities and Administrator with additional tasks, all while fostering a warm, engaging atmosphere for seniors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in long‑term care is a plus but not required.
• Outgoing, creative, compassionate, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with seniors.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

Schedule:

• Part time, 2nd shift
  Every other weekend-full day
• Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday
