Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. in Clark, NJ, is seeking a friendly, energetic Activity Aide to bring meaningful engagement to residents. You’ll lead group and individual recreation, encourage participation, and help create a warm, supportive environment.

No heavy experience required; a high school diploma is enough. The role offers part-time hours, a second shift, weekend availability, daily pay, and opportunities for growth as you support residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.
• Outgoing, creative, compassionate, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• A successful Activity Aide demonstrates enthusiasm, patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with group and individual recreation programs.
• Motivate residents to participate and ensure safety during events.
• Report resident concerns to the nursing team.
• Keep activity attendance records.
• Decorate the community for holidays and seasonal celebrations.
• Support the Director of Activities and Administrator with additional tasks.
• Serve as an Activity Aide dedicated to enhancing resident quality of life through meaningful engagement and activities.

What You’ll Do:
