Job summary

Complete Care at Burlington Woods in New Jersey is seeking an Activity Aide to provide compassionate engagement and support to residents as part of our extended family.

As part of the activities team, you will implement programs, monitor residents during events, and help maintain attendance calendars while collaborating with nursing staff.

We offer full-time hours, first shift, every other weekend, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.
• Ability to implement scheduled programs and assist residents.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Computer literacy.
