Job summary

Generations LLC is seeking an Activities/Vitality Coordinator for The Wexford in Loveland, CO. You will create programs that enrich mind, body, and spirit for residents and staff, aligning with our vitality standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience with older adults, Associates degree preferred, CPR certification, and the ability to work 35–40 hours weekly, with some weekend shifts. Equal opportunity employer.

• Associates degree in therapeutic recreation, health education or activity professional program preferred.
• Minimum 1-year related experience in activities and/or wellness with older adults.
• Current CPR certification, or to be completed within 30 days of hire.

Description

The Activities/Vitality Coordinator at The Wexford enhances the lives of our residents and staff through creating opportunities that enrich mind, body, and spirit. Responsible for meeting all Generations Vitality program standards. Communicates the Vitality philosophy and the benefits of participating to staff and residents both verbally and by example. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule

• Full-time, working 35-40 hours a week
• Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Occassional Saturday & Sunday shifts
• 8 hours a day

Requirements

• Associates degree in therapeutic recreation, health education or activity professional program preferred.
• Minimum 1-year related experience in activities and/or wellness with older adults. Must be able to read, write and follow written and oral direction.
• Current CPR certification, or to be completed within 30 days of hire.
