Job summary

Generations LLC is seeking an Activities/Vitality Coordinator for The Wexford in Loveland, CO. You will create programs that enrich mind, body, and spirit for residents and staff, aligning with our vitality standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience with older adults, Associates degree preferred, CPR certification, and the ability to work 35–40 hours weekly, with some weekend shifts. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in therapeutic recreation, health education or activity professional program preferred.
• Minimum 1-year related experience in activities and/or wellness with older adults.
• Current CPR certification, or to be completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the lives of residents and staff through vitality programs and activities.
• Communicate the Vitality philosophy and benefits to staff and residents; model the mission and values daily.
