Qualifications

• Previous Activities/Healthcare Experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA Preferred, but not required.
• Skilled at working with individuals who have cognitive, physical or sensory disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in activities meeting residents' social, emotional, physical, and therauptic needs.
• Initiate and promote activities inside and outside the facility.
• Provide in-room activities for residents unable to attend daily events.
• Assist in creating an ongoing activities calendar.
• Meet state standards for activity scheduling and documentation.
• Engage community involvement in planning activities and events.
