Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation Inc. is seeking an Activities Specialist in Worcester, MA. The role supports individuals with disabilities by leading engaging programs and assisting with daily living tasks, under supervision of the clinical team.

You will implement activities, monitor progress, and help participants access community opportunities, while maintaining dignity and safety in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (HiSET) required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or D1.
• 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience assisting with dining, toileting, and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with dining, toileting, and transfers, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Develop and lead individual and group activities to promote skills and independence.
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement behavior management strategies.
• Assist with transporting participants to activities and appointments.
• Evaluate progress, complete satisfaction surveys, and document ISPs.
