Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Activities Specialist in Worcester, MA to empower individuals with disabilities through engaging activities that promote independence and community involvement.

You will work on a full-time schedule, with responsibilities including leading programs, assisting with daily cares, and coordinating transportation while collaborating with the clinical team to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with dining, toileting, and transfers with dignity.
• Develop and lead individual and group activities to build skills.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement behavior plans tailored to each individual.
• Transport participants to activities and appointments; document progress and ISPs.

Pay: $20.50/hr

Monday through Friday 730am-330pm

Responsibilities

• Support Personal Care Needs: Assist individuals with dining, toileting, and transfers, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Implement Engaging Programs: Develop and lead individual and group activities that promote skill development, independence, and community integration.
• Collaborate on Behavior Plans: Work with the clinical team to create and implement behavior management strategies tailored to each individual.
• Facilitate Transportation: Assist with transporting participants to various activities and appointments as needed.Evaluate and Document Progress: Conduct satisfaction surveys, document participant progress, and ensure compliance with Individual Support Plans (ISPs).

• Standard driver’s license – class C or class D
