Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful activities for residents, including those living with memory loss. You will tailor Life Skills based on resident interests, organize clubs, and support staff to deliver meaningful daily routines.

The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered programming with emphasis on safety, documentation, and teamwork in a senior living setting.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Pay Range: 17.15 - 21.45
