Job summary

Stone Rehab and Senior Living is seeking an Activities Director to plan, coordinate, and oversee a diverse calendar of recreational, social, educational, and therapeutic activities for residents. The role focuses on engaging residents, promoting well-being, and enhancing quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• MA Activities Director certification or OTA certification is required.
• Experience in an Assisted Living or long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee a diverse calendar of activities.
• Develop individualized activity programs based on residents' interests and care plans.
• Lead and supervise activities staff and volunteers; provide training and scheduling support.
• Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation to support resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.
