Job summary

Stone Rehab and Senior Living is seeking an Activities Director to plan, coordinate, and oversee a diverse calendar of recreational, social, educational, and therapeutic activities for residents. The role focuses on engaging residents, promoting well-being, and enhancing quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, MA Activities Director certification or OTA certification, and experience in assisted living or long-term care, with strong MS Office skills and fluency in

Activities Director | Stone Rehab and Senior Living $50,000 - $65,000/annually, based on experience Full -Time

Delivering Solutions that Matter:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee a diverse calendar of recreational, social, educational, and therapeutic activities that promote resident engagement, well-being, and quality of life.
• Develop individualized activity programs based on residents' interests, abilities, preferences, and care plans, ensuring meaningful opportunities for participation.
• Lead and supervise activities staff and volunteers, providing guidance, scheduling support, and training to ensure programs are delivered safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, and other department s to support resident-centered care, encourage participation, and maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications for Success:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must hold a current MA Activities Director or Occupational Therapist Assistant certification
• Prior experience working in an Assisted Living or Long-Term care setting preferred
• Moderate to advanced computer skills - specifically with MS Office including Work, Publisher, Outlook email, and Excel.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
