Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must hold MA Activities Director certification or related credential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee a calendar of activities to promote resident engagement and quality of life.
• Develop individualized activity programs based on residents’ interests and care plans.
• Lead and supervise activities staff and volunteers, including scheduling and training.
• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to ensure compliant, resident-centered care.
