• Bachelor’s degree in recreation therapy or related area; license or registration by national or state authority.
• Minimum 1 year as Activities Director in LTC/SNF/AL/MC.
• 2 years of experience conducting social and recreational programs in health care within past 5 years, full-time in a resident activities program.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement activity and leisure programs to meet residents' social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational and physical needs per care plan.
