Job summary

Fellowship Square is seeking an Activities Director to design and oversee social, educational, and recreational programs enriching residents' well-being. You will lead a team including staff, volunteers, and drivers, collaborating with Memory Support Engagers.

The role requires 5+ years in senior activities, exceptional communication, and strong leadership. Proficiency with basic design/word processing software is expected, with a valid driver’s license to support transportation needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain budget oversight and track department expenditures.
• Keep residents informed and engaged through posters, bulletin boards, and digital communications.

About The Role

You will lead a team of support staff, volunteers, and drivers, while collaborating closely with our Memory Support Engagement Coordinators.

• Lead and coordinate all activity programs for our Assisted Living residents, including transportation for off-site events.
• Prepare resident activity assessments to tailor programs to their interests.
• Supervise activities support staff, drivers, and volunteers.
• Design monthly newsletters and calendars for Assisted Living and Memory Support.

Pay Rate
