Santa Cruz Post Acute, a premier skilled nursing and post-acute rehab facility located in the heart of Santa Cruz, is looking for an Activities Director who can plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department, in accordance with federal and state regulations, to meet the needs of each resident.
