About The Opportunity

We seek an Associate in Growth Marketing with demand generation skills, data-driven decision making, and a passion for performance marketing. Your goal? Drive pipeline and qualified traffic via SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital content strategies. Collaborate with sales and marketing to align initiatives with revenue goals, identify ranking opportunities, and experiment with growth levers. Responsibilities include:

  • SEO Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop SEO-driven content strategies for inbound leads and organic visibility.
    • Conduct site audits, resolve SEO issues.
    • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console.
    • Identify ranking opportunities and provide optimization guidance.
    • Optimize metadata: titles, descriptions, headers, alt tags.
    • Implement off-page SEO campaigns (link-building, outreach).
    • Optimize content for LLM discovery and AI-driven search trends.
  • Inbound Growth, Conversion & Analytics:
    • Contribute to blog content, SEO copywriting, editorial reviews.
    • Manage PPC and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, others).
    • Implement conversion tracking, CRO tests, monitor performance to grow MQLs and SQLs.
    • Create digital assets (blogs, landing pages, guides) to nurture leads.
    • Build dashboards using GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot for campaign tracking.
    • Analyze metrics (engagement, CTR, bounce rates, conversions) for content and campaign optimization.
    • Translate analytics into actionable insights.
  • Growth Hacking & Experimentation:
    • Design and execute data-driven experiments across channels.
    • Test messaging, CTAs, landing pages, user journeys via A/B testing.
    • Develop hypotheses using tools like Google Optimize, Hotjar, GA4.
    • Adopt a test-and-learn approach to enhance lead acquisition and engagement.
  • HubSpot Growth Strategy:
    • Optimize lead nurturing and segmentation in HubSpot.
    • Collaborate with sales on lead scoring, lifecycle stages, automation.
    • Create campaign sequences, email nurtures, outreach strategies.
    • Develop re-nurturing strategies for inactive or non-converting leads.

The ideal candidate is autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with urgency and professionalism. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and positivity are essential. This role reports to the Sr. Sales Engineer and requires balancing priorities with excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Web Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years in SEO, demand generation, or digital growth marketing, preferably B2B or SaaS.
  • 3+ years managing HubSpot websites and landing pages.
  • 3+ years using SEM tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Spyfu.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical), CRO, performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with GA4, Search Console, HubSpot dashboards.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Manufacturing and supply chain experience is a major plus.
