Bonita Villa Senior Living is seeking an Activities Director to create and oversee a stimulating, holistic activity program for residents, both inside and outside the community. You will assess resident needs, design adaptable plans, and lead engaging activities that meet spiritual, cultural, physical, intellectual, and social needs.
In this role, you will manage staff and volunteers, design monthly calendars, maintain an engaging environment, and ensure programs stay within approved budgets.
