• Lead engaging programs by organizing and executing activities, events, and entertainment for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities.
• Prepare for success by setting up and organizing activity spaces and supplies.
• Lead and document activities and participation outcomes.
