Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities and programs to promote socialization, creativity and physical well-being for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and inviting residents to join.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities for inclusion.
• Prepare spaces and supplies, ensuring equipment is ready for use.
• Lead and document activities such as arts/crafts, games, music, exercise, and social gatherings.
