Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of Relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with activities programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing activities, events, and entertainment to promote socialization, creativity, and well-being for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents and encouraging involvement.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to determine appropriate activity levels and inclusivity.
• Prepare for success by setting up activity spaces and ensuring equipment and supplies are ready.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, music sessions, exercise routines, and social gatherings, recording participation and outcomes.
