Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to,):

  • Create Fun Experiences: Set up and promote craft activities for all ages
  • Evening Entertainment: Host bonfires, S’mores, popcorn nights, and other fun activities
  • Engage Guests: Be a resource for guests, answering questions and inviting them to join the fun
  • Event Assistance: Help set up, break down, and execute organized events
  • Maintain the Space: Keep the activity room and craft tables neat, organized, and stocked with supplies
  • Process Payments: Handle payments for non-complementary crafts
  • Clean Up: Ensure crafting areas are tidy after activities
  • Prepare for Events: Help prepare treats, sample crafts, and gifts for guests
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to enhance the value of our resort’s offerings

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc)

  • Must have strong people skills and a passion for guest service
  • Ability to work on your feet in all weather conditions
  • Must be at least 16 years old

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Frequent bending, lifting, and moving of supplies or equipment up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
  • Must be able to engage in physical activities such as setting up and breaking down event materials.
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently between different activity areas on the property.
