Job summary

Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Activities Associate (Intermissions Associate) to bring compassion to residents and families facing dementia. You will co-lead social programming, support person-centered care, and design creative activities within our Intermissions program.

The role emphasizes flexibility to work evenings/weekends, with opportunities to participate in staff trainings and growth as we expand our communities.

• Patience, flexibility and genuine interest in residents with dementia.
• Programming/activity experience is preferred.
• Evenings and weekends availability is required.

• Design and implement creative programming
• Assist in program operation by leading activities and transporting residents
• Engage in mealtime preparations
• Complete daily attendance records

• Compensation: commensurate with experience, range $15.00- $19.00.

How You Will Make An Impact
