Erickson Senior Living's Charlestown community in Catonsville, Maryland is seeking an ADON to lead clinical excellence across Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will mentor a team of clinical staff, ensure person-centered care, and align staffing to resident acuity while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
Require RN license, 3+ years in healthcare leadership, wound care & infection control expertise, and EMR experience.
