Sunrise Senior Living's Brighton Gardens of Middletown in New Jersey is seeking an Activities Assistant (Part Time) for memory care. You will develop and implement Life Skills experiences, engage residents daily, and tailor activities to individual abilities to foster purpose and dignity.

The role emphasizes resident-centered programming, collaboration with team members, and documenting participation to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
