Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC in Livingston, NJ is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design and deliver memory-care focused Life Skills experiences for residents.

You will develop tailored activities, lead small groups, document participation, and work with teammates to foster purpose, connection, and dignity in daily living for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
