Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Lincroft, NJ is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents, including memory care activities and routines.

You will lead small groups, review resident profiles, document participation, and collaborate with teammates and volunteers to deliver meaningful moments and maintain supply stations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
