Part Time Hours

Resident Activity Assistant organizes and participates in person-specific activity programming, including one-to-one interventions, small group facilitation, and large group presentations. The role also involves assisting the resident activity director as needed.

Location: Altercare Cuyahoga Falls, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio

Qualifications for Activities Assistant:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in activities department in a healthcare setting or equivalent
• STNA license is preferred, but we will train

The responsibilities include communicating daily activities to residents, assisting residents with activities, daily documentation, and supporting miscellaneous duties assigned by the Activity Director.

Experience with residents in a healthcare setting in an activity-related role is a plus.
