Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant to support the Connections program for residents, coordinating daily leisure activities and helping maintain their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred in related fields), CPR/First Aid certification, and at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license; weekend availability every other weekend is required. Healthcare or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or related field preferred.
• Healthcare or service-related experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid state driver’s license.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Entering resident information in multiple systems.
• Attending care plan meetings with families and residents.
• Collecting resident profiles.
• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Connections activity program.

Education
