Job summary

Regency Pacific Management is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant at Kauai Care Center in Waimea, Hawaii. This role supports enriching activities for residents and requires weekend availability to align with the care team and monthly schedule.

You will provide group and individual activities, document participation, and communicate with the activities director to promote residents' well-being and engagement.

Part-Time Opportunity!

Must be Available for Weekend Rotation

As activities assistant, you provide and supervise enrichment opportunities to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs of each patient/resident. You assist the care team and residents' families helping residents reach their highest potential.

You Will

• Provide resident activities on a group and individual basis
• Promote and follow the monthly schedule of activities
• Document medical records regarding residents' attitude, participation level, etc., and attend care conferences
• Report to the activities director
